Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Bruce C. Shewalter has been promoted to president of Office Pavilion. He also will maintain his responsibilities as vice president of sales and marketing. He joined the firm 1993.

Shaun Ono has been named director of guest relations at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider. Ono previously worked as the guest service manager for Sheraton Waikiki and The Royal Hawaiian.

Timothy O’Leary has been appointed president of Home Loans Direct. O’Leary previously served as branch manager for Countrywide Home Loans. O’Leary has nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage services.

Grant James has been named general manager for Ala Moana Hotel. James is responsible for all aspects of the hotel.

David Uchiyama has been named marketing director for Hawaii Tourism Authority. He previously worked as regional director of communications for Starwood Hotels & Resorts for 10 years.

Beth W. Greenhill has been promoted to assistant vice president and community events officer for Central Pacific Bank. She joined the bank in 2005 from Bank of Hawaii. She has 15 years of experience in event planning.

Donna K. Takeda has been promoted to assistant vice president and special events officer for Central Pacific Bank. She joined the firm in 2005.

Jay Master has been promoted to assistant vice president and creative and branch merchandise officer for Central Pacific Bank. He has eight years of experience in graphic design. He joined Central Pacific Bank in 2005.

Lisa H.J. Nihei has been promoted to assistant vice president and online banking product manager for Central Pacific Bank. Niheii joined the firm in 2004 from Bank of Hawaii.

Jane L. Ratcliffe has been promoted to assistant vice president and commercial documentation manager for Central Pacific Bank. Ratcliffe is a 40-year banking industry veteran with more than 25 years in the commercial credit area. She joined the firm in 2005 from Bank of Hawaii.
