Jay Kaneshiro has been promoted to general manager for the Waikiki Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Kaneshiro joined the company in 1997.

LaiIeng Yee has been named tax senior for Nishihama & Kishida. She joined the firm in October 2005.

Peter J. Dietrich

Peter J. Dietrich has been named manager at the Ruth’s Chris Steak House. He previously worked as chef and manager at Mariposa in Neiman Marcus and at Rauelles in Colorado.

Patrick Dolan

Patrick Dolan has been named general manager of Dixie Grill Bar-bque & Crab Shack in Aiea. His career history includes working with the United States Navy, Ruby Tuesday, Denny’s and Red Robin. He was a cook on the admiral’s staff aboard the USS Constellation aircraft carrier, he also was the captain’s cook aboard the USS Texas, and was a field cook in the reserves for nine years.

Stephanie Chan

Stephanie Chan has been promoted to partner for Prudential Locations. Chan has been with the firm for 12 years.

Emi Chang Espinda

Emi Chang Espinda has been named regional sales and special events manager for Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Romano’s Macaroni Grill. Espinda has more than 20 years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry.

Kent K. Iboshi

Kent K. Iboshi has been hired as vice president and manager of strategic analytics for Central Pacific Bank. He will be responsible for information and database analysis. Iboshi has more than 20 years of experience in banking, specializing in information management.

Rene Castro

Rene Castro has joined Prudential Locations as an agent. He previously served in the United States Army for 11 years.

Neville King

Neville King has been named regional director of food and beverage director for ResortQuest Hawaii. King will oversee the food and beverage operations at three of ResortQuest Hawaii food and beverage facilities on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Kauai.

Joseph J. Miller has been hired as vice president and corporate security manager for Central Pacific Bank. He has more than 30 years’ experience in law enforcement and the security industry, and is board certified in security management.
