Hubert Biete has been named the managing director of facilities management at Kuakini Health System.

Ken Sekimoto

Ken Sekimoto was appointed vice president and sales manager at Territorial Savings Bank in the corporate offices. He will be responsible for residential loan production.

Melanie Sogi

Melanie Sogi has been named operations supervisor for Castle & Cooke Properties at Dole Plantation. Her career history includes working at Mobi PCS, Cingular Wireless and Verizon Wireless.

Mary Sellers

Mary Sellers has been named to a three-year term on the board of directors for the Hawaii Foodbank. She is vice chairman and chief risk officer at Bank of Hawaii.

Sharmaine Ines Bishop

Sharmaine Ines Bishop was appointed executive loan officer at Territorial Savings Bank corporate offices. She is responsible for residential loan production. Her career path includes working for Home 123 Mortgage Company as a loan officer.

Dirck Noordhoff

Dirck Noordhoff has been named general merchandising manager for City Mill. He worked previously at Hilo Hattie as vice president of merchandising, planning and production. His career includes working as merchandise manager and planner at Walt Disney Resorts in Anaheim, Calif. He also worked for Duty Free Shoppers Group in Los Angeles as merchandise planning and control manager.
