Pepi Nieva

Pepi Nieva has joined Bright Light Marketing Group as vice president of public relations. Her responsibilities will include fulfilling clients’ business needs, creating a strategic growth plan for the agency, and mentoring and developing staff. Nieva has more than 30 years of experience in corporate communications, advertising, marketing, issues and crisis management, and editorial and publication production.

Laura J. Cutler

Laura J. Cutler has joined Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel as an attorney. She specializes in working in the real estate group on transactions involving real estate and construction, and on business and commercial transactions. She previously served as in-house general counsel for the Danco Group.

Donovan R. G. Koki

Donovan R. G. Koki has been promoted to senior vice president from vice president in the commercial credit analysis and underwriting department for Bank of Hawaii. He serves as a credit administrator and is responsible for managing commercial credit underwriting officers in their role of supporting commercial line units.

Leah Marx

Leah Marx has been named executive director of MADD-Hawaii. Marx will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of all initiatives necessary to deliver services and support to drunk driving victims and the community.

Margaret Murchie

Margaret Murchie has been named to the 2007 board of directors for the Hawaii Economic Association. She is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. She has been a licensed realtor since 1978.

Stephanie Tom

Stephanie Tom has been named director of human resources and administration of AIG Hawaii. She previously worked as vice president for human resources and administrative services at Finance Enterprises Ltd. and Finance Factors Ltd.

Jennifer Yamauchi

Jennifer Yamauchi has been named principal with Kober Hanssen Mitchell Architects. She has experience in designing schools, retail, residences and churches.

Alexa Jacroux Biggs

Alexa Jacroux Biggs has joined Belt Collins Hawaii as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) project manager. Jacroux Biggs previously served as a GIS Specialist/ Planner for The Onyx Group.

Michel Lê

Michel Lê has joined Belt Collins Hawaii as a graphic design manager. Lê was formerly an art director at Ostrander-Chu. Lê is responsible for the design of print and multimedia graphics.

Carolyn J. Gire

Carolyn J. Gire was promoted to vice president of utilization management for Hawaii Medical Service Association. She is responsible for overseeing utilization management activities at Hawaii Medical Service Association.

Myra L. Williams

Myra L. Williams was promoted to vice president of the Health Services Division for Hawaii Medical Service Association. She is responsible for overseeing health services delivery activities at HMSA, which includes integrating HMSA and vendor health care services.
