Noel Bautista

Noel Bautista has been hired to the production staff of the architecture, interior design and urban planning firm Kober, Hansen, Mitchell Architects. His responsibilities include putting together construction documents for various clients.

Cynthia Wong

Cynthia Wong has been promoted to vice president, customer service and productivity manager for American Savings Bank. Wong has been with the bank for the past two years. Prior to joining American Savings, she was with City Bank.

Moea DeFries

Moea DeFries has been hired as assistant cultural director for Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. She will assist the cultural director in creating and implementing a new strategic plan to promote Hawaiian arts and cultural practices at the center.

Carl Takamura

Carl Takamura has been named senior associate, external affairs for the Hawaii P-20 Initiative. He will work to advance the P-20 agenda and advise in leadership areas. The P-20 Initiative addresses the challenges of the “educational pipeline” in Hawaii.

M. JoAnn Yee

M. JoAnn Yee has been promoted to vice president for Avalon Reality, LLC. She will be responsible for all operational aspects of the brokerage company. Yee has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Kenneth DeHoff Jr.

Kenneth DeHoff Jr. has been named interim executive director for Pacific Aviation Museum. A former Army captain and combat helicopter pilot, he has experience in land development and business management.

Lori Yoshioka

Lori Yoshioka has been hired as director of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan for Roberts Hawaii Inc. She was previously a human resource manager for Hawaiian Airlines.

Stephen Kula

Stephen Kula has been appointed executive director of the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii. He most recently served as director of long-term care for AIG Insurance Company Inc.

Irving Eastman

Irving Eastman has been appointed director of security for Aqua Hotels & Resorts. He will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for Aqua’s guests and employees.

Michael Wright

Michael Wright has been promoted to executive vice president, acquisitions and investments for A&B Properties Inc. He served previously as senior vice president and has been with the company since 2001.

Paul Hallin

Paul Hallinhas been promoted to executive vice president, development for A&B Properties Inc. Hallin will continue to be responsible for A&B Properties’ development activities.
