Jeffrey Kissel has been appointed president and chief executive officer for The Gas Company. Kissel has more than 20 years of experience in the utility, petroleum, engineering and construction industries.

Daniel Gluck

Daniel Gluck has been named senior staff attorney for ACLU of Hawaii’s legal team. Gluck was previously an associate with the Honolulu office of Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing.

Jonathan Shardlow

Jonathan Shardlow has recently joined the Honolulu law firm Anderson Quinn & Stifel LLP’s environmental law group. He gained his experience in environmental litigation and worked as an associate at Downey Brand LLP in Sacramento, Calif.

Lori Hiramatsu

Lori Hiramatsu has been named vice president and retail credit operations manager for Central Pacific Bank. Hiramatsu oversees CPB’s Sales Support Department for the Community Banking Division. She has 25 years of banking experience.

Orest Saikevych

Orest Saikevych has been appointed assistant vice president and fixed income investment officer for Central Pacific Bank. His responsibilities include managing government, corporate and municipal bond portfolios for clients of CPB.

Stacy Caswell

Stacy Caswell has been hired as assistant vice president and senior compliance officer for Central Pacific Bank. Caswell was previously employed with Bankoh Investment Services Inc.

Amy Watari

Amy Watari has been promoted to director of alumni and development communications for the University of Hawaii’s Shidler College of Business. Prior to becoming director, Watari served as alumni relations coordinator.

Nicolas Kelsey

Nicolas Kelsey has joined the Honolulu law firm Anderson Quinn & Stifel LLP, focusing his practice in labor and employment. His experience includes clerkships with the Office of the District Attorney in Santa Cruz, Calif., among others and a judicial extern-ship at the U.S. District Court.

William Tanaka

William Tanaka comes to the Honolulu law firm Anderson Quinn & Stifel LLP after clerking for the Honorable Randall Lee at the First Circuit Court of Hawaii. Tanaka specializes in the area of litigation and has held judicial externships at the U.S. District Court and the First Circuit Court of Hawaii.
