Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Keith Sakamoto

Keith Sakamoto has been named a director of the Hawaii Youth Symphony (HYS). Sakamoto also serves as president of Hawaiian Host Inc. and has experience in all aspects of of business, including sales and marketing, operations, finance and administration. Prior to joining Hawaiian Host, he was vice president and CFO of Honolulu-based Pacific Marine.

Alfred Gonzalez

Alfred Gonzalez has been hired as operations manager/assistant project manager for Lenox Metals LLC. Gonzalez will be responsible for the accounting, logistics, office personnel, safety and quality initiatives and vendor relationships of the company. He most recently worked at E.K. Fernandez Enterprises.

Scotty Sagon

Scotty Sagon has been hired as food and beverage sales supervisor for Dole Plantation. He will oversee the plantation’s cafe menu, staff and operations as well as assisting with the special events catering program. He most recently served as chef de cuisine at Kapolei Golf Course.

Iris Yoneda Iwana

Iris Yoneda Iwana has been promoted to assistant vice president and personal banking officer for the Main Banking Region of First Hawaiian Bank. She was previously with Union Bank of California and has more than 29 years of banking experience.

Carole A. Oshiro

Carole A. Oshiro has been named assistant vice president, tax and reporting officer for First Hawaiian Bank’s Trust Service Center. Oshiro originally served as tax officer for the bank and has 40 years of tax experience.

Leesa Kim

Leesa Kim has been appointed assistant vice president for First Hawaiian Bank’s Main Banking Region. She previously served as a personal banking officer and first joined the bank in 2004. Kim also serves as an adviser on the National Unification Advisory Council.

George Pascual

George Pascual has been promoted from personal banking officer to assistant vice president and personal banking officer for the Main Banking Region of First Hawaiian Bank. Pascual joined the bank in 1989 and has more than 19 years of banking experience.

Olivia Ng

Olivia Nghas been hired as Realtor/associate for Kahala Associates. Ng has experience working in retail, marketing and education fields and has assisted her family with their real estate investments and land development business in Hong Kong, Shanghai, China and California.

Jean Tsukamoto

Jean Tsukamoto has been elected as a director of the Hawaii Youth Symphony. She also is a certified public accountant. Tsukamoto was most recently active in the Iolani Ohana (a parent organization at Iolani School) and has also chaired the student Aloha Committee of Aloha United Way.
