Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Jennifer Stellmacher has been named a previews team member for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ King Street office. Stellmacher will be working toward earning the previews specialist designation. She has been a licensed Realtor associate since 1984 and joined the company in 2003.

Scott Stephenson has been hired as staff manager for Lenox Metals LLC. Stephenson will be in charge of accounting, logistics, office personnel, safety and quality initiatives, and vendor relationships. He brings 14 years of management and training experience with him.

Joshua Powell has been named vice president of construction operations for Suntech Hawaii. In this position, Powell will oversee all construction operations and logistics. He has more than a decade of experience in project management, construction, architecture, facilities management and real-estate development.

Nathan Chang has been promoted to vice president, business banking loan approval and portfolio manager for American Savings Bank. Chang has more than 15 years’ experience in the banking industry and will oversee business banking lending and portfolio monitoring activities.

Tina Scotty has been named wedding coordinator and director of special events for Haleiwa Joe’s in Kaneohe. Scotty brings more than 13 years’ experience in the restaurant industry to Haiku Gardens. She will oversee coordination of all special events, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and any outside marketing.

Catherine Barnes has been hired as applications support manager for American Savings Bank’s Technology Services Department. She will manage internal support of the bank’s credit and loan software applications. Barnes also is a member of the Project Management Institutes’Honolulu Chapter and the Rotary Club of Mililani Sunrise.

Esther Park has been named a previews team member for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ Kahala office. Park is fluent in Korean and has been a licensed Realtor associate since 2006, specializing in selling luxury condos. She is working toward earning the preview specialist designation.

Jason Lippert has been appointed branch manager for American Savings Bank’s Queen-Ward location. Lippert has more than five years of financial industry experience and previously worked at Wells Fargo Financial as branch manager of its Waipahu location. In his new position, Lippert will oversee all branch operations and sales functions.

Eric Armenti has been promoted to beverage manager for Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. Armenti will oversee banquet operations, scheduling, ordering, and product placement, among other duties. He joined Hilton Hawaiian Village in 2004 as a food and beverage cashier.
