Mike Chrest has been named ophthalmic assistant for EyeSight Hawaii Vision Institute the offices of John Oklowski, M.D. He will be responsible for assisting in surgical and clinical aspects of patient care. He has over 10 years of clinical experience in the military and the private sector.

Nisa Ann Vongsy has been named operations manager for Winners At Work. She will coordinate the administrative functions of the office.

Charlotte Townsend has been named vice president and director of program services for Winners at Work. She will be responsible for community- based employment.

JP Damon has been named 2005 board chair and president of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Honolulu. He is with Kaimana Ventures.

C. Scott Bradley has been named 2004 Realtor of the Year by the Honolulu Board of Realtors. He is co-managing director of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.

Scott Higashi has joined Prudential Locations as executive vice president of sales. He previously worked as chief operating officer for Colliers Monroe Friedlander.

Alyson Borgerding has joined Joan Bennet and Associates as account director. She previously worked for Communications Pacific.

Erin Smith has joined Joan Bennet and Associates as assistant account executive. She will be responsible for media relations and assisting the account team.

Michael F. Nauyokas has been certified by the U.S. Federal Mediation Conciliation Service. He has a law practice focusing on mediation and arbitration, and employment and labor law.

Shaun Chillingworth has been named marketing and public relations manager for Bishop Museum. He will be responsible for special events and public relations including the Hawaii Maritime Center.

Dymian Racoma has been named membership manager for Bishop Museum. He manages the program comprised of more than 25,000 members.

Shirley Tesoro Amundson has been named development manager for Bishop Museum. She will be responsible for proposals.

Debbie Nakanelua- Richards has been named 2004 Employee of the Year for Hawaiian Airlines. She is the senior manager of government and community relations.

Evelyn Evie” J. Black has been named partner in the litigation group of Goodsill Anderson Quinn and Stifel. She focuses on admiralty and maritime litigation.

Joachim P. Cox has been named partner in the litigation group of Goodsill Anderson Quinn and Stifel. Cox represents a broad array of clients.

Donna H. Kalama has been named partner in the litigation group of Goodsill Anderson Quinn and Stifel. Kalama concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial and real property litigation, and creditors’ rights.

Kelly K. Walsh has been named a member of the consumer advisory council of the Federal Reserve Board. Walsh is a senior vice president with Bank of Hawaii.
