Brian L. Black was recently hired as managing director for Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines. Previously, Black was employed by Stevedoring Services of America in India.

Laurel Partridge-Anderson has joined Martin & MacArthur as distribution center manager. She is responsible for the sales of picture framers’ supplies and for the sourcing of koa wood used in all products. She previously worked as general manager for Organized Living in Minnesota.

Kevin Aucello has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis Hawaii. He is a partner with the firm and is the director of the firm’s Hotel Division.

David B. Dolman has been promoted from senior associate to vice president for CB Richard Ellis Hawaii. Dolman joined CB Richard Ellis Hawaii in 2000.

Philip H. Ching has been named to the board of directors of Kahala Senior Living Community. Ching has a 35-plus year banking career that started with Cooke Trust Company.

Quin Ogawa was named vice president and chief financial officer of Kuakini Health System. Ogawa joined the Kuakini team in 1996. He previously served as the company’s controller.

June Drumeller has been named vice president of clinical services for Kuakini Health System. She has more than 28 years of nursing experience at Kuakini. She previously served as a nurse manager and the patient care coordinator of Kuakini’s ambulatory care and posta nesthesia care units.

Mimi Bornhorst Gaddis has joined RE/MAX Honolulu as a Realtor associate.

Renny Kamark has been named chef and kitchen manager at Auntie Pasto’s. Kamark joined Auntie Pasto’s 15 years ago.

Donna Primiano-Holton was promoted to managing director of in patient nursing services for Kuakini Health System. She previously worked as patient care coordinator for the intensive care unit since 1989. She joined Kuakini in 1979 as a licensed practical nurse.

Jo Ann Higa was named manager of revenue management for Kuakini Health System. She previously served as supervisor of revenue management.

John Miner Jr. has joined Kuakini Health System as the manager of its purchasing department. Miner most recently served as the director of admissions and financial services at Hawaii Pacific Health. He has 25 years of industry experience.

Gail Ann Chew has been named executive director of the Hawaii Restaurant Association. Her past employment includes 14 years as a senior executive at the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau prior to opening her own marketing firm.

Patricia Lorenzo has been named a recipient of the Minority Scholar Award for Scientific Excellence from the American Association for Cancer Research’s Minority in Cancer Research. She is an assistant professor in the natural products and cancer biology program at the Cancer Research Center of Hawaii.

Chris Colgate has been promoted to Oahu regional manager of T S Restaurants. He will continue to oversee the marketing , public relations, financial management, capital improve - ments and service standards at Duke’s Waikiki and Hula Grill Waikiki. Colgate previously was senior general manager for both restaurants.

Richard Quinn has been promoted to senior associate of Helber Hastert and Fee , Planners. His past employm entincludes working as a project manager and designer with Tongg, Clarke and Mechler Landscape Architecture and Planning.
