Drew Fagent has been promoted to structural engineer for Baldridge & Associates Structural Engineering. Fagent joined BASE in 2005 as a structural designer. He has worked on a multitude of projects, including high-rise condominium and commercial design, as well as custom residences and renovations. Fagent’s primary responsibilities include structural design, assessment of existing structures and construction administration.

Fernando Frontera has been named a structural engineer for Baldridge & Associates Structural Engineering. Frontera started at BASE in 2006 as a structural designer and holds a master of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He has experience working in the structural engineering consulting industry and he also is LEED certified, having successfully designed structural engineering solutions for the commercial and government industries.

Andrew Chase has been promoted to retail store manager for Verizon Wireless’ Kapolei store. Previously the assistant store manager at the Pearlridge Center location, Chase began his career with the company in 2004 as a sales representative on the Big Island.

Daneil Chinen has been hired as vice president and compliance officer for Central Pacific HomeLoans, a subsidiary of Central Pacific Bank. In her new position, Chinen is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective implementation of Central Pacific HomeLoans’ compliance, quality control and appraisal ordering processes.

Colby Kisaba has been promoted from controller to chief financial officer for MW Group Ltd. Kisaba will work to build and strengthen lender relationships, direct and ensure the company’s financial affairs are in line with business objectives, prepare financial analysis and continue to oversee the accounting department operations. He previously worked as an assurance business adviser for Arthur Andersen LLP and a financial analyst for the government.
