Brooks Bowman has been hired as project developer for RevoluSun. Bowman will work with Hawaii homeowners to determine the best solar system and financing options available to meet their needs. He has more than 10 years of sales experience and also is the owner of Hawaii Discount Mortgage.

Dawn Tolosa has rejoined the Hawaii Theatre staff as assistant box office manager. Tolosa first joined the theater in 2000 as a part-time staff in the box office. She was then promoted to assistant box office manger in 2001 and was named box office manager in 2003.

Ian M. Forsyth has been promoted to associate principal of Allana Buick & Bars, Architectural Engineering. He has been with the firm for four years and has more than 10 years’ experience with other firms. ABB specializes in waterproofing, roofing, solar solutions and energy efficiency.

Roger Buss has been named vice president and chief information officer for First Insurance Company of Hawaii. Buss will be responsible for all of the company’s IT operations. He joined the company in November 2009 as head of its ESP Project Management Office.

Jeff Bell has been appointed senior director of sales and business development for Aloha Air Cargo. Bell brings nearly 20 years’ experience in sales and customer service expertise to the company and will oversee strategic sales planning and initiatives.

April McGuire has been hired as director of revenue management for Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa. With more than 20 years of experience, McGuire previously was director of market strategy for JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa and the Casamanga Marriott Cancun.
