Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Dr. Devinn Puapong, pediatric general surgeon, has been appointed medical director of Kapiolani Medical Center’s Pediatric Trauma Program. As part of the program, when appropriate and in coordination with the trauma team at The Queen’s Medical Center, patients will be directly transported to Kapiolani Medical Center for care provided by pediatric intensivists, ER doctors and other specialists.

Boriss Huang has been named production manager of Hawaiian fine arts for Martin & MacArthur. In this role, Huang will create original Hawaiian feather lei, kahili, head-bands and capes for retail sale and custom order. He also will lead the company’s outreach efforts within the larger community to encourage greater appreciation for the Hawaiian fine arts.

Yamann Ayad has been appointed retail store manager for the Mobi PCS location in Windward City Shopping Center. Most recently, Ayad served as assistant store manager at Mobi’s locations in Nanakuli and Kapolei. He joined the company in 2009 as a sales representative.

Michaell Dolph has been hired as foreman of facilities renovation for Martin & MacArthur. In this position, Dolph will oversee all new store construction, as well as existing store renovations at the six Martin & MacArthur and Makai stores statewide.

Kim Randall has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing for Servco Automotive. In this role, Randall will lead an internal marketing team overseeing all Servco Automotive’s advertising, public relations, promotions and events. She previously was senior vice president/managing director for Communications Pacific in Honolulu, where she led the firm’s advertising and marketing services division.

Jennifer Webber has been named retail store manger for the Kapahulu Avenue location of Mobi PCS. Webber joined the company in 2008 as a sales representative and served most recently as the assistant store manager of the South King Street location.

Jennifer Murata has been appointed vice president, chief financial officer for DTRIC Insurance. In this position, Murata will oversee the accounting, financial reporting and treasury functions of the company. She has more than 17 years of financial experience, most recently serving as controller for Hawaii Biotech Inc.
