Jennifer Higa has joined Helber Haster and Fee, Planners as office manager. Her past employment includes working in the administrative services departments of a shopping center and an architectural firm.

Linda J. Dias has been hired as vice president in the human resources department of Bank of Hawaii. She previously served as vice president of State Street Corporation.

Tyler Nguyen has been hired as vice president for the real estate division of Bank of Hawaii. She previously served as vice president for the real estate division of Bank of America.

Lori Urbano has been promoted to vice president from assistant vice president in the human resources service department of Bank of Hawaii.

Jeffrey Bronaugh has been named president of Bank of Hawaii Insurance Services. He previously worked as a sales manager for First Insurance Company of Hawaii.

Priscilla Yamamura has been promoted to assistant vice president for Territorial Savings Bank. She joined the company in 2003.

Noel D. Mau has been named operations officer of private advisory services for First Hawaiian Bank. Mau joined the company in 1998 as a consumer insurance product manager.

Pamela S. Arashiro has been named personal banking officer for First Hawaiian Bank in the Kapiolani banking center. She joined the firm in 1974 as a teller.

Alice J. Kang has been named personal banker for First Hawaiian Bank in the Kapiolani banking center. She joined the company in 2001 as a management trainee.
