Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Andrew Steiner has been hired as banquets chef for the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. He previously worked as apprentice and banquet chef at the Westin William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Mario Nanguse has been named the web multimedia director for Empowered Internet Solutions. He previously worked at ResortQuest Hawaii, formerly known as Aston Hotels and Resorts.

Patrick Ahler has been named chief technology officer for Empowered Internet Solutions. Ahler previously worked at Vikus Corporation. He has more than seven years of experience in the industry.

David Sikkink has been named web project manager for Team Vision. He previously worked as director of application development for Ask Me Multimedia in Minnesota.

Carey Huffine has joined Team Vision as a graphic designer. She previously worked as managing director for Montana Pritchard Photography in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Leslie Hylkema has been promoted to director of sales for Prince Resorts Hawaii. Hylkema has worked for Prince Resorts Hawaii for 17 years. Prior to her promotion, she was director of group sales, North America, where she supervised the regional sales team.

Denise Anderson has been promoted to director of sales for luxury, leisure and corporate travel for Prince Resorts Hawaii. She previously worked as director of sales and marketing for Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club and Maui Prince Hotel, Makena Resort.

Toshie Nakabayashi has been appointed director of sales for wholesale travel for Prince Resorts Hawaii. She will manage the wholesale sales staff for the domestic and Asia Pacific business for Prince Resorts.
