Allan R. Landon has been named chairman of the board of HMSA. He is chief executive officer of Bank of Hawaii. His community activities include the University of Hawaii Board of Regents.

Barry Rinaldo has been named vice president and chief financial officer for Mobi PCS. He previously served as as vice president of Comm 4Comm.

Kathy Perkins

Kathy Perkins has joined Central Pacific Bank as senior vice president and head of the retail banking division. She previously served as vice president of membership for the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii since 2002.

Mike Ruley

Mike Ruley has joined the board of directors for the United States Telecom Association. He is the chief executive officer of Hawaiian Telcom. USTelecom represents more than 1,200 companies offering a wide range of services across the communications platform.

Alissa Lerner Kimura

Alissa Lerner Kimura has been named president of the board of directors for the Hawaii Women’s Business Center. She is a financial consultant with AXA Advisors.

Aimee Larsen Kirkpatrick has joined Hastings and Pleadwell as an account executive. She worked for the South Snohomish County Chamber of Commerce in Washington as program director.

Emmanuelle Sailor has joined Hastings and Pleadwell as an account coordinator. She has web design and web management experience.

Sabra Wagner

Sabra Wagner has been named assistant director of revenue management for the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa. She previously served as area director of revenue management for Hilton in Tulsa.

Alma Hamamoto

Alma Hamamoto has joined the Hilton Hawaiian Village as Far East service manager. Her primary duty is to service all aspects of the Far East department for Hilton, which includes serving as a liaison between the Far East tour operators and the hotel.
