John T. Ishikawa

John T. Ishikawa has been named senior loan consultant at Meridian Financial Service. He has seven years of origination and processing experience.

D a v i d Mortensen

David Mortensen has joined t h e University of Hawaii Foundation as director of foundation and corporate relations. He previously worked at the University of Utah where he was director of development for the College of Science for the past 11 years.

Rachel L. Ching

Rachel L. Ching has been hired as assistant vice president and manager of Central Pacific Bank’s Moiliili Branch. Ching previously worked as a branch manager at American Sa vings Bank’s Nanakuli Sack N’ Save. She is a 32-year veteran of the banking industry.

Sharon N. Sato

Sharon N. Sato has been promoted to assistant vice president and manager of Central Pacific Bank’s Pearlridge Branch. Sato first joined the Bank in 1990 as a teller at the Moiliili Branch. She is a 16-year veteran of the banking industry.

Robert A. Alm

Robert A. Alm was elected to the board of directors of Island Insurance Company. Alm is senior vice president of public affairs for Hawaiian Electric Company.
