Larkspur Sanchez

Larkspur Sanchez has been appointed culinary partner for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. Sanchez joined P.F. Chang’s in 1999 as a sous chef at the restaurant in Chicago. In 2002 he was appointed culinary partner for the Milwaukee restaurant.

Steven Chiang

Steven Chiang has been named director of the agribusiness incubator program at the University of Hawaii. His past employment includes chief information officer, management consultant and strategic business manager.

Mel Sato

Mel Sato has been promoted from senior estimator to chief estimator for Heide & Cook. Sato joined the firm in 1996. He has 37 years of experience in the construction industry.

Jack Cai

Jack Cai has been promoted to senior estimator for Heide & Cook. He retains his previous responsibilities as sales engineer.

Robert Barber

Robert Barber has been named customer service orientation representative at Homeowner’s Service Center for Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii. His career history includes project manager for BKA Builders.

Russell Beecher

Russell Beecher has been named as director of acquisitions for The Shidler Group and REIT, Pacific Office Properties Trust. He previously worked at the Principal Financial Group.

Scott Murakami

Scott Murakami has been promoted from landscape designer to associate for PBR Hawaii. Murakami joined the firm in March of 2004. He has more than eight years of experience specializing in landscape and urban design plans.

James Starshak

James Starshak has been appointed to a three-year term on board of directors of the Hawaii Foodbank. He is a partner at Carlsmith Ball.

Terra Montero

Terra Montero has been named senior sales manager for the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Montero handles the West Coast territory.
