Erik M. Takeshita

Erik M. Takeshita has been named director for The ARTS at Marks Garage. Takeshita formerly served as senior policy aide/project coordinator in the office of Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak.

Angie Flaherty

Angie Flaherty has been promoted from assistant account executive to account executive for Bennet Group Strategic Communications. She joined the firm last year.

Kurtis Kimura

Kurtis Kimura has joined AXA Advisors. Kimura has more than 20 years experience in the financial services arena. He has qualified for AXA Advisors’ Sterling Group.

Starr Dods has been hired as an account supervisor for Element 8. She will be responsible for growing its public relations practice. Her past employment includes serving as senior account executive at Communications Pacific.

Ryan Sean has been appointed music director For Hawaii’s KDDB & KQMQ of Visionary Related Entertainment. His past employment includes working for KQMQ, KXME, KDDB, KIKI, KUCD and KPOI.
