Fred Badua has been named chair of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii executive board for 2006 to 2007. Badua works as the senior financial analyst of Servco Pacific.

Debra Shimabukuro has joined Retina Institute of Hawaii as practice administrator. She worked for 25 years at Queen’s Medical Center.

Leighton Lum

Leighton Lum has been promoted to vice president from chief environmental engineer for R.M. Towill.

Hester Kamin

Hester Kamin has been named education director for Hawaii Theatre. Kamin previously served as drama education associate for the Honolulu Theatre for Youth.

Alan Hays

Alan Hays has been named manager of P.F. Chang’s Hawaii. He joined P.F. Chang’s in 1999 as a server at the Paradise location in Las Vegas.

Phillip Reina

Phillip Reina has been hired as sous chef at P.F. Chang’s Hawaii. He joined P.F. Chang’s in 1999 as a pantry chef at the Houston, Texas restaurant.

Keith Yoshida

Keith Yoshida has been named vice president of sales, marketing, and business development for The Gas Company. Yoshida joined the firm in 1986.

Steven Golden

Steven Golden has been named vice president of external affairs for The Gas Company. He is responsible for statewide public, government and regulatory affairs, employee communications and media relations.
