James S. Kaneshiro has been promoted to assistant vice president of First Hawaiian Bank in the branch support division. He is the project manager responsible for IT system implementation. He joined First Hawaiian Bank in 1994.

Carla M. Manglallan has been promoted to service manager of the First Hawaiian Bank Haleiwa branch. She has more than 30 years of banking and finance industry experience.

Anne Y. Myers has been promoted to business systems officer at First Hawaiian Bank in the retail information and planning department.

Jenny S. Yee has been promoted to personal banking officer for First Hawaiian Bank in the Kapiolani banking region.

Raynard L. Marquina has been promoted to property manager for Pioneer Plaza with MW Group. Marquina provides oversight of engineering, janitorial and security contractors.

Norren Kato joins Helber Hastert & Fee Planners as a senior planner. Kato will be responsible for assessment of land use code amendments.

Steven K. Pang has been appointed risk consultant for Atlas Insurance Agency with the risk consulting services department.

Jerome “Jerry” Rauckhorst has joined the board of directors of The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Hawaii. He is chief executive officer of Catholic Charities Hawaii.

Jan Sullivan has joined the board of directors of The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Hawaii. Sullivan is executive vice president/chief operating officer of Oceanit.

Deems Narimatsu has been promoted from vice president westbound sales to senior vice president for Roberts Hawaii. Narimatsu has 22 years of corporate sales and operations experience.

David Oyadomari has been named vice president westbound sales and marketing for Roberts Hawaii. He worked previously in marketing for Sprint.

Cora Baclig-Credo has been named director of sales-Filipino market for Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Company. She also serves as the general sales manager of the company’s Filipino Community Center sales office.
