Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Arthur C. Tokin has been appointed to the board of directors of Hawaii National Bank. Tokin is retired, and previously worked as a managing partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Scott Bradley has been unanimously nominated Region 13 vice president of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is a managing director for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (CBP). Bradley will represent both Hawaii and California on the national level.

Cheryl Nagaki has been promoted to assistant vice president for American Savings Bank. Nagaki, who has been serving as manager of the Commercial Account Services (CAS) Department, will continue to run the department. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Christopher Reed has been appointed Ali‘i Tower manager at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. He previously worked as a guest services manager at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider and Princess Kaiulani hotels.

Chi Chih “Paul” Chang has been named restaurant manager of Rainbow Lanai restaurant at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Chang began his career in food and beverage four years go with Chili’s Grill & Bar in Manhattan, Kan.

Connie Ho has been named senior account executive for Ogilvy & Mather Hawaii. Ho previously worked as a producer for Nash Entertainment’s reality show For Better or Worse on The Learning Channel.

Cynthia Rankin has been appointed regional director of public relations for Hilton Hawaii. Rankin previously worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as director of public relations for the Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki.

Frank Robinson has been named conference service manager for Kahala Mandarin Oriental. Robinson previously worked as the director of catering and conference services at Manele Bay Hotel.

Scarlett Dooley has been named ecommerce and customer marketing manager for Kahala Mandarin Oriental. She previously worked as an account representative at Hawaii Business Equipment.

Gerry Silva has been named chief operating officer at ‘Olelo. His past employment includes working as the deputy director of the department of customer services for the City and County of Honolulu.

Tristen Ige has joined Prudential Locations as a real estate agent. She has more than six years of experience in the real estate industry with both residential sales and new home/project sales. She previously worked at Castle & Cooke Realty, Gentry Homes and Kumai Realty.

Patrick Klein has been named director of Classified Advertising for the Honolulu Star- Bulletin and MidWeek. He will be responsible for sales activities in automotive, real estate, employment and select retail categories. He most recently was the major accounts executive at The Honolulu Advertiser, where he was an account executive for three years.
