The Honolulu office is located in the Pacific Guardian Center in the downtown financial district, and since its establishment in 2000, the staff has grown to more than 250, representing expertise in a variety of science and technology disciplines. Local clients include the federal government (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Pacific Command, Park Service); state, county and city governments (County and City of Honolulu), and non-profit and commercial businesses, including major educational and banking institutions. In addition, staff throughout the Pacific serve federal government and local clients in Alaska, Guam, Korea and Japan.

Community involvement has been a hallmark of the Honolulu office. Individually and collectively, Booz Allen Hawai’i staff support a wide spectrum of local charities which include Special Olympics Hawai’i, Habitat for Humanity, Hawai’i Foodbank, Lokahi Tree and Gear Up.

Just as Booz Allen works to provide results that endure for clients, the firm is committed to creating a similar sustainable impact in the community. This year the Honolulu office established the Booz Allen Hawai’i Scholarship Fund, a self-sustaining fund that will provide annual scholarships to deserving local students pursuing math and science careers.

Not surprisingly, the first time Booz Allen competed in the Best Places to Work for Hawai’i, the office was named No. 2 in the state; and, we have been informed we are a finalist this year as well.

Similarly, we have been recognized twice as finalists for the Business Leadership Hawaii, “Community Spirit Award.”
