I love the tongue yakiniku at Gyukaku Japanese restaurant.

Natto beans.


When you’re done working, what’s your favorite late night snack?

Sashimi with lots of rice, wasabi and nori.

Who would you most like to cook for in the restaurant?

My family.

Is there any ingredient you think you can’t live without?

Yes, garlic.
