This April, Windward Mall celebrates Easter with some egg-citing events, including make-and-take Easter crafts, photos with the Easter Bunny and the return of free ukulele lessons with the Ukulele Club of Hawaii. See calendar below. For more information, visit www.windwardmall.com.

March 28 through April 11 Easter Bunny Photos This year, Windward Mall has a new animated Easter Bunny photo set at Center Court. The Easter Bunny is available Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Photo packages start at $15.99 and each little visitor will receive free bunny ears.

March 28 through April 11 Ko’olau Pets Bunnyland Display Check out real, live Easter bunnies on display sponsored by Koolau Pets. The display (located on the lower level, Sears wing of the mall) features a colony of adorable bunnies, chicks, potbelly pigs, birds and guinea pigs. Saturday, April 4 (noon to 2 p.m.) Easter Make-and-Take Crafts Stop by Center Court and take part in special Easter activities, sponsored by Windward Mall and Little People Hawaii.


Thursday, April 9 through Saturday, April 11 Easter Sidewalk Sale Find great savings on the sidewalk and in stores throughout the mall. Thursday, April 9 (4 to 7 p.m.) Department of Parks & Recreation’s Easter Eggstravaganza Stop by Center Court and keiki can participate in a variety of Easter arts and crafts activities, as well as decorate their own Easter egg, while parents pick up helpful information on the Department of Parks & Recreation’s summer programs.

Sunday, April 12 Windward Mall Closed for Easter Select stores, including Borders, IHOP, Ruby Tuesday, Regal Cinemas and Sears will be open. Contact retailers for special holiday hours.

Thursday, April 16 (5 to 7:15 p.m.) Free Ukulele Lessons Grab an ukulele and brush up on those strumming skills with free ukulele lessons every third Thursday at Center Court. Lessons are taught on a rotating basis by different local artists and cater to all ages and ability levels.
