Ala Moana Center’s annual ThanksGetting Day happens Friday, Nov. 26 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. with complimentary perks, giveaways and special events.

Deal-seekers can plan their day in advance by picking up a ThanksGetting Day Cheat Sheet outlining all of the early morning specials, one-day sales, promotions and events. Participating merchants include Banana Republic, T&C Surf Designs, Victoria’s Secret and more. Plus, 1,000 Cheat Sheets are labeled with a “You Win” sticker, good for one cup of coffee from Nordstrom’s eBar. Cheat Sheets will be available at the Customer Service Center, mall-level information kiosks or at AlaMoanaCenter.com starting Nov. 22.

Customers also can get a complimentary valet parking coupon at AlaMoanaCenter.com starting Nov. 21, or in the Nov. 21 and 25 Honolulu Star-Advertiser and Nov. 24 MidWeek. The coupon is good at three valet locations on Level 2: makai parking deck by Sears, makai side between LeSportsac and Macy’s, and mauka-ewa parking structure by Longs Drugs. ThanksGetting Day shoppers also can stay hydrated by picking up complimentary bottled water at one of six Refresh locations, receive free gift wrapping and package check (at Mall Level 2, above Barnes & Noble), and enjoy live entertainment at Centerstage (including performances by Honolulu Dance Studio, Kaiholu and the Keiki Palaka Band). There also will be strolling carolers performing throughout the center from noon to 2 p.m.

Ala Moana Center also is offering shoppers with receipts totaling $500 a limited-edition snow globe featuring Ala Moana Center’s iconic Santa (available while supplies last; limit one gift per person). Receipts can be redeemed at Customer Service and must be dated from Nov. 22 to Dec. 24. Receipts from gift card purchases are excluded.

Photos with Santa are available from Nov. 13 from Dec. 24 at Street Level 1, across from Centerstage. Photo packages start at $20.
