Well, I’m talking about my first day ever on a set in Hawaii. The episode was titled Battle of the Titans. I remember this day well because, in comes the gorgeous Kelly Hu and I’m dumb-struck. The location was the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki. Kelly currently stars in the film Americanese by Eric Byler. The film was a hit at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, winning the “Audience Award” for narrative feature film and the Special Jury award for “Outstanding Ensemble Cast.” Rounding out the great cast are Joan Chen, Chris Tashima, Allison Sie, Sab Shimono, Ben Shenkman and Michael Paul Chan. Congratulations to both Kelly and Eric for their continued success and contribution to the film industry ...
