Chaminade Endowment

Chaminade University celebrated the first endowment gift to its Interior Design program today with the announcement of a $150,000 donation from the chairwoman of Chaminade’s Board of Regents, Kathleen ‘Kitty’ (Sullivan) Wo and her husband, Ronald C. ‘Buzz’ Wo. The gift is being used to endow one of the newly renovated interior design laboratories. A plaque commemorating the gift was unveiled at Eiben Hall. HPFCU Always Doing Its Part

In the spirit of giving back to the community during the holiday season, Hawaii Pacific Federal Credit Union collected 153 toy donations, household items and gift cards from more than 100 of its members for the 2011 Lokahi Giving Project to help families in need. Another Blessed Year For Toys For Tots

AT&T Hawaii made a major donation to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation Dec. 20 at the AT&T retail location on Kapiolani Boulevard. Director of sales for AT&T Hawaii Ed Maruyama presented a check for $10,000 to Chief Petty Officer Lorenzo Branch and Sgt. Daniel Wells from Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
