Tracy Bradly, Chason Ishii, Dr. Haaheo Guanson, Kahu Kaleo Patterson and Sandra Sakuma opened the Windward Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties office and real estate school recently. The 9,000-square-foot Kailua office will be the center for more than 100 agents and is the first pre-licensing school on the Windward side of the island. The office was built to offer more space for the sales region.
Artsy Umbrellas In Charity Auction

The event, called Mahealani, and will give all funds raised at the auction to programs for sexually abused children on Oahu.
