HPU For Japan

The Japanese Association at Hawaii Pacific University raised more than $5,700 for victims of the March 11 Japan earthquake and tsunami. The association held an emergency fundraiser March 14-18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fort Street Mall in downtown Honolulu. The money has been donated to the Japanese Red Cross. Ace An Exam, Get On The Cover

After acing their Physiology 141/142 class, as promised by instructor Kerri Cummins, these UH-Manoa ‘Science Stars’ students will be featured on the cover of next semester’s Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology textbook. Red Cross Hawaii Receives A Boost

The Locations Foundation donated $10,000 to the American Red Cross Hawaii. A portion of the funds will aid Japan, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands that were affected by the catastrophic March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
