La Pietra Aids in Relief Efforts

In a spontaneous effort, La Pietra students, parents, faculty and staff recently collected $610 to give to the Red Cross Haitian earthquake relief efforts. Sixth-graders also organized a Haiti Relief Bake Sale, and a First Aid Kit Teddy Bear Sale was headed by the school’s 47-member Red Cross Club earlier this month. Junior Golf Receives $4,385

Aloha Petroleum Ltd. recently presented the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association (HSJGA) with a check for $4,385, continuing the company’s support of junior golf in Hawaii for the third consecutive year. Along with the monetary donation, Aloha Petroleum is continuing its Save-A-$ Club Card offer benefiting the HSJGA.
