Queen’s Team Wins Service Award

The American Cancer Society 2009 Harold P. Freeman Service Award was recently presented to the Oncology Patient Navigation Program at The Queen’s Medical Center by Mike Dany, American Cancer Society Hawaii Pacific Inc. and the ACS High Plains Division CEO at The Queen’s Medical Center Tumor Board meeting. Dr. Lawrence Tseu Presents $20K

Dr. Lawrence K.W. Tseu (left) recently presented a $20,000 check to Lei Ahu Isa, Board of Education first vice chairwoman, and state librarian Richard Burns for the “Keep Your Library Open!” fundraising campaign. The special ceremony was conducted at Hawaii State Library prior to a free Christmas concert presented by the Lincoln Elementary School Keiki Chorus.
