DURING THE All Star Weekend, Tennessee Titan Adam “Pacman” Jones and rappers Nelly and Jermaine Dupri were at Harlem Nights, a private event at Minxx. The cornerback (Jones) said he brought a wad of cash to the club for visual effect ... you can guess what happens when you throw a lotta Benjamins on a strip club stage. During the strippers’ mad dash for cash, two guys walked out of the club carrying garbage bags filled with $81,000 of Jones’ moolah.

NEXT TIME mom and dad make you stay downtown, check out the new Strip-like club called “The Canyon Club” in the Four Queens. Doors open March 15 and the first note will be played by Los Lobos.

THIS WEEKEND the International Belly Dancers Convention happens at the South Point Casino.

MORE MUSEUM NEWS: Evander Holyfield got punched out. The former world heavyweight champion’s wax double may be a total loss after being vandalized. Madame Tussauds says that wax figures cost about $250,000.

MOVING TO Vegas or looking for some investment property? You may want to consider what analysts at BusinessWeek think ... Las Vegas real estate will lose the most value of any major city this year (-9.9 percent). At Fortune magazine they’re predicting that prices will drop 6.6 percent in 2007 and 8.1 percent in 2008. Last month the median home price was $302,000 and is expected to drop below $300,000 for the first time in two years. Further diluting market value, many sellers are offering incentives including paying closing costs and wall hanging flat screen TVs.

NICOLAS CAGE’s latest movie Ghost Rider is the new interactive attraction at Madame Tussauds wax museum. The custom chopper, Hell Cycle, and black leathers are real props from the movie.

TO SUPPORT the growth in tourism, the population in Vegas has grown to almost 2 million. At least four new resorts (Encore, Echelon, Project City Center and Palazzo) will open in the next few years, adding 45,000 new rooms and creating 110,000 jobs. While most people come to Vegas for a service industry job, the need for tech folks is increasing exponentially.
