WELCOME to Kimo’s Vegas ... The Player’s Edge!

Cameron Diaz

CAMERON DIAZ HAS another excuse to hang in Sin City with her magic man Chriss Angel. What Happens in Vegas is her latest movie, which will co-star Ashton Kutcher. The romantic comedy is about an unlikely couple who meet at a Vegas wedding, and after a few days of excess consumption wake up married to each other.

BROADWAY PLAY The Phantom of the Opera is officially titled Phantom: The Vegas Spectacular because it’s an abridged version of the original.

WHEN IT COMES to seeing a Vegas show, it’s definitely a buyer’s market ... each week there are more than 350,000 tickets for sale.

The current “Hot Ticket” in town is Cirque du Soleil’s LOVE at the Mirage.

WOLFGANG PUCK has created a new drink to commemorate the luckiest day of the year: “The Strawberry Hardway” or “7-7-7 Cocktail” is named after the winning blackjack hand where the player is dealt three sevens for 21, also known as the “The Hardway.” The new libation will be served only from June to August, and includes a blend of Chinaco Silver, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh strawberries, balsamic crème and a dash of luck served on the rocks. Hold everything and give me a double shot of LUCK!

GOT GAME? Check out the Golden Nugget’s $50,000 Blackjack Tourney with a guaranteed $25,000 grand prize. The entry fee for the June 8 tourney is only $100.

JAMIE LANGRIDGE’S quick hands have made him the 2007 Rock-Paper-Scissors champion of the 300 finalists at the Mandalay Hotel Resort. Paper was the play that won Jamie $50,000 (that’s no typo ... $50K for playing Jun-KenPo). How fast is he really? Watch him win July 7 on ESPN2.

IN HIS profession, Phil Gordon has won more than $2.3 million (playing poker), and each year he hosts the World Series of Rock Paper Scissors. Buy-ins are $500, and the winner takes home $10,000. The tourney is held every year at the World Series of Poker.

IF YOU’VE ever wanted to check out famous Vegas clubs like Caramel Lounge and Light at Bellagio, the House of Blues, Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce, Tryst and Lure at Wynn, The Playboy Club or many others, but were turned off by the long lines of everyday people, check out Nite Tours International. A chauffeur-driven limo will take your party from club to club, and a VIP host will walk you into each one for $99 a head. The tours run from 8 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Get the hook-up at www.KimosVegas.com.

WILL SHE or won’t she ... only her judge knows for sure. Paris Hilton was scheduled to host “Beacher’s Madhouse"at the Hard Rock on June 30, but her hard time may change her social calendar.

KRATER 96’s Chris & Sherry In The Morning and MidWeek are giving away a Vacations Hawaii Las Vegas trip for two. So far, Chad Joseph of Waipahu and Fran Matsunaga of Kaneohe have won, and you can, too. Look in the Auto Showcase for more details.
