STEFANIE SCHAEFFER gave up her promising career as an attorney when she won Donald Trump’s Apprentice. She was running the construction of Cap Cana, the Donald’s Dominican Republic project, but will be transferring to Vegas as the VP of marketing for Trump International Hotel and Tower. She said, “We’re bringing a new level of luxury and sophistication to the Strip, and I’m looking forward to getting to know Vegas better and becoming a true member of the community.”

NICKY HILTON, Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderama open American Bistro in Luxor. The heiress, singer and actor’s first joint venture is an upscale eatery headed by Executive Chef Adam Sobel (of Guy Savoy). In Nick’s words, “It’s just great American food, great atmosphere ... I’m blown away by the decor in there.”
