WELCOME TO Kimo’s Vegas ... The Player’s Edge!

Victoria Prince and Kevin Federline: stiffs?

KEVIN FEDERLINE and ex-Rainbow volleyballer Victoria Prince par-tied at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. VH1 cameras followed the couple and their 13-person entourage for the pilot of a new VH1 reality show. The party reportedly stiffed their servers on a comped tab ... Someone should have told them it was their privilege to serve the daddy of Britney Spears keiki.

AT THE ANNUAL Black Hat/DEFCON hacker convention, a security expert discovered a rigged ATM machine in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Chris Paget, a Google security expert, said he and others lost money in the fake ATM. Another bogus machine also was found at the Riviera Hotel.

PROVING THAT YOU never know when or where you’ll get lucky ... Last week an anonymous winner hit the Megabucks on one of the two machines at the Casino Royal on the Strip.

Happy b-day to Mayor Oscar B. Goodman

LAS VEGAS Mayor Oscar B. Goodman celebrated his 70th birthday with a party on the Fremont Street Experience. Wayne Brady and Nathan Burton headlined the benefit for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, Opportunity Village and Three Square.

YOU JUST CAN’T make this stuff up ... James Hackett filed a lawsuit challenging a $29,512 charge on his credit card. It seems the man from Andover, Mass., doesn’t remember the $4,000 bar tab and $25,512 in “other services” that he incurred in one night at a Vegas strip club (try explaining that one to the wife). Moral of the story: Never give your credit card to a stripper.

RICK THOMAS (the magician with the big cats) is back in town after a two-year hiatus ... Check him out every night except Monday at the Sahara.

Lucky Honolulu couple Regina and Fabian Gagalac

JOINING THE “Lucky Buggah’s Club” at the Main Street Station are Lolita Agnes of Honolulu, who won $5,000, and Fabian Gagalac of Honolulu, who won a total of $6,200. Luck runs in the Gagalac family. If Regina (pictured above) looks familiar, you may have seen a photo here a couple of weeks ago when she won $50,000 from the Fremont.

STUFFED IS the new name of the buffet at the Plaza that features New York steak and snow crab legs on Mondays, Southern-fried Tuesdays, New York steak and shrimp scampi Wednesdays, ribs on Thursdays, seafood Fridays, prime rib on Saturdays, and peel-and-eat shrimp Sundays. Prices start at $7.77.

IF YOU’VE ALWAYS wanted to own your own hotel and casino, a U.S. bankruptcy judge has cleared the sale of the 202-room Greek Isles Hotel-Casino. Recently appraised at $44 million, a considerable discount from the 2007 $120 million price. No date for the auction was announced at this time.

THE MOST SUCCESSFUL female recording artist of all time, Mariah Carey, is scheduled for four shows (Sept .11 and 12, Oct. 9 and 10) at the Pearl in the Palms. The shows will feature tracks from her new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, to be released Sept. 12. To date she’s sold more than 175 million albums and tied Elvis’ record of 17 No. 1 Billboard singles.
