Welcome to Kimo’s Vegas ... The Players Edge!

LOOK FOR Christopher Kale Jones in Jersey Boys at the Venetian Hotel Tuesday through Saturday, Oct. 17 to Nov. 1. The Hawaii Baptist Academy grad will star as Frankie while Rick Faugno is on vacation. If he looks familiar, you may have seen him in the original Jersey Boys Broadway Touring Company or on Jay Leno. It’s a great show that can only be better with one “local boy.”

Second level mezzanine tickets move up to the first mezzanine and first mezzanine seats get boosted to rear orchestra seats. Last year the penny machines took in 1,780,000,000,000 cents and won over $1.8 billion from slot players in Nevada ... anyone remember when they actually accepted real pennies?

La Toya Jackson

LA TOYA JACKSON’S condo is being foreclosed on. She paid $260,000 for the unit in 1996 and owes an unpaid balance of $750,000 on her Regency Tower apartment in the Las Vegas Country Club… she may not be so stupid after all.

KIMO’s VEGAS TIP: Show your military ID and get a $15 dining credit at the El Cortez all month.

ROBERT ALLEN STANFORD is being sued by the Bellagio for $258,480 in unpaid gambling markers. The Texas billionaire was indicted in June for running a $7 billion global ponzi scheme that sold certificates of deposit to an Antiguan bank.

L A N I F R O M MILILANI asks “What’s the name of the suite that Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise stayed in?” At Caesars Palace the Duplex Suite (also known as the Rain Man suite is based on the (fictional) room used in the movie. The 1,800-square-foot, bi-level suite on the 69th floor with a grand piano, gold fixtures, 10 TVs, goes for about $3,500 a night.
