Emeril, Michael Mina, Wolfgang Puck, Tom Colicchio and Jean-Marie Josselin led the charge. Now the long-awaited arrival of Joël Robuchon. Fresh from Paris and Tokyo, L’Atelier is this world-famous chef’s first U.S. restaurant. Redefining casual dining, the seats are arranged around a U-shaped bar that looks directly into the kitchen so diners can watch their meal prepared from start to finish. L’Atelier is in the MGM Grand (we’re not at McDonald’s anymore, Kato).
