PLANET HOLLYWOOD is not even open yet (it’s still the Aladdin) and they’ve started construction on a new 50-story Planet Hollywood condo tower. The 1,000 units range in size from one to four bedrooms and the top four floors will be home to 28 luxury condominiums. It’s not only lonely, but expensive at the top - the 4,000- to 10,000-square-foot rare air starts at $4 million.
STUFF to go Vegas for ... In May, the Mirage will open the latest Cirque Du Soleil production that will replace Siegfried & Roy. It’s a celebration of the music of John, Paul, George and Ringo, collectively The Beatles, and the theater will cost a little less than the KA Theater (only $100 million). ALSO opening sometime in May, the first new Playboy Club since 1984 (it’s also the only one open). Housed in the new Palms Fantasy Tower, it’ll feature a retractable roof, new bunnies and new bunny costumes.
