Greg D. Wolny has been named manager, post office operations, for the Honolulu district of the U.S. Postal Service. He had been the postmaster of the Wahiawa Post Office since 1996.

Barbara Kim Stanton has been appointed AARP Hawaii state director. Her past employment includes working as the deputy director of the city Department of Planning and Permitting.

Kumi Kishino has been named sales representative for the Hawaii Convention Center. She will be based in Tokyo.

Ron Adams has been promoted to senior director of sales and marketing for the Hawaii Convention Center. Adams previously served as executive vice president of the Candon Consulting Group.

Denise Wardlow has been named director of operations for Sheraton Kauai Resort. She has more than 20 years in the hotel industry.

Todd Oldham has been named director of food and beverage for Sheraton Kauai Resort. He previously served as executive chef at the Princeville Resort.

Kian-Hoch Niu has been named controller for Sheraton Kauai Resort. He previously worked as controller for the Sheraton Grand Sacramento since 2002.

Aaron Takeda has been named branch manager at Territorial Saving Bank. He will be responsible for the Hawaii Kai branch.

Toni Demos has been promoted to vice president and senio loan officer in the Bank of Hawaii business loan approval and portfolio management department.

Marla V. Garmire has joined Bank of Hawaii as vice president and manager of the promotions and events department. She previously worked as field marketing and events manager for Plumtree Software.

Shane C.K. Kaopua has been promoted to vice president at Bank of Hawaii. Kaopua joined the bank in 1997. He previously served as the assistant vice president in the Taft- Hartley group.

Steve Tupper has been promoted to vice president and project manager at Bank of Hawaii.

Linda Woo has joined the Honolulu Star- Bulletin /MidWeek advertising department as director of strategic sales and new business development. Woo was formerly with The Honolulu Advertiser as film industry specialist and national sales account executive. Woo has nearly 20 years of newspaper sales experience, the past 14 years with the Hawaii Newspaper Agency and The Honolulu Advertiser and prior to that, five years with MidWeek. Dave Kennedy, vice president of marketing, states “Linda’s extensive newspaper sales experience provides the Honolulu Star-Bulletin/MidWeek a wonderful opportunity to grow our sales in key segments of business.
