Frank Richardson has been appointed vice president and regional counsel for Kaiser Permanente Hawaii’s legal and government relations department. Richardson has 26 years of broad-based legal experience and has been with the hospital’s legal department since 2002.
Jennifer Crowe has been promoted to marketing representative for Xerox Hawaii. She will provide new and existing clients with solutions to effectively manage their documents, allowing customers to focus on their core business. Crowe previously served as customer training specialist for the company.
Tom Vincent has been named chief executive officer for American Electric Company LLC. Vincent brings more than 40 years experience to his new position and began his career with the company as an apprentice, most recently serving as president.
Vincent E. Barfield has been promoted to executive vice president from senior vice president of the Commercial Banking Group for Bank of Hawaii. In this position, Barfield is responsible for overseeing the Commercial Real Estate Loan Division, Hawaii/Guam Equipment Finance Department and TRIAD Insurance Agency Inc. He also served as the bank’s military liaison.
Adam Waiolama has been named general manager for Auntie Pasto’s original location on Beretania Street. Waiolama has previous experience as a bar manager at Nick’s Fishmarket, and also has worked as assistant manager for Dixie Grill and Auntie Pasto’s.
Vickie Omura has been hired as director of sales and marketing at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani resort. Omura’s responsibili-ties include overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for North America, Japan and Hawaii, among other duties. She most recently served as director of sales for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Waikiki.
