Ray Hoséhas been appointed president of American Electric Company LLC. Hosé has more than 15 years’ experience at the organization, previously serving as president of American Electric subsidiary, HSI Electric.

Aran Hiromoto has been promoted to vice president for Chinen & Arinaga Financial Group Inc. Hiromoto began his professional training as a financial services professional. Since 2002 he has become one of the top producers for the company.

Matthew Liew has been appointed vice president, client consulting group for Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. He holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation and will continue to oversee new sales and servicing of commercial clients. Liew has more than 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry.

Dustin Wright has been named communications coordinator for the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii (ODCH). Prior to working for ODCH, Wright worked in public relations with Sheila Donnelly Associates and in marketing with ResortQuest Hawaii.

Wayne Ishihara has been appointed president of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce. Ishihara has been an active member of the chamber for more than 30 years, and he retired recently as a senior vice president at American Savings Bank, where he worked since 1971.

Irlene Torres has been named assistant vice president in the Information Technology Division for Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. With more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, she will supervise and manage the company’s information system, and will oversee projects related to agency management systems and information technology processes.

Allison Leehas been named partner for Cades Schutte LLP. Lee specializes in the area of commercial litigation, insurance defense and professional liability, and intellectual property. She second-chaired a patent infringement trial recently, resulting in a multimillion-dollar jury verdict in favor of the firm’s client.

Noreen Kamiya has been appointed customer-care specialist for Graham Builders, a local design-build company. Kamiya has been with Graham Builders for eight years, previously working as a project coordinator. Her responsibili-ties include being the first point of contact for potential customers and seeing how the company could be of assistance to them.

Michael Young has been hired as sales manager of Team Clean Inc., a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company. Young was formerly project manager for Ala Moana Center and has more than 10 years of experience in the hotel and housekeeping services industry.
