Maurice Constantin has been appointed director of food and beverage for Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. Constantin brings with him more than 12 years of experience within Hilton hotels, and more than 25 years of food and beverage experience. He previously served as director of food and beverage and golf operations for JW Marriott Desert Springs.

Hugh Jones has been named the 2010 president of the Hawaii State Bar Association. He is the first practicing public-sector lawyer elected to this post. Jones will continue to develop the Senior Lawyers Division, which allows more seasoned practitioners to mentor younger lawyers, during his term, among other duties.

Hunter Praywell has been named vice president, chief information officer for The Queen’s Health Systems. Praywell will be responsible for the planning, implementation and support of QHS’ information technology. Prior to this position, he was responsible for the planning, delivery and support of information technology at Kamehameha Schools.

James Francisco has joined McDonald’s Restaurants of Hawaii as area construction manager. Francisco’s focus will be on restaurant design and layout, budgets, permitting, achieving and maintaining quality construction standards, construction management and more.

Brandon “TC” Young has been promoted to sales associate for Bella Pietra’s new landscape products company, Geobunga. Young has been with Bella Pietra for two years, where he started as warehouse staff. He will now work with customers and potential customers to find landscaping materials that will help enhance their outdoor living space.

Elise Lee has been named a previews property specialist for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ Windward Office. Lee has been in real estate since 2003 and has earned numerous top sales awards and real estate designations. She also specializes in home staging, the art of feng shui and interior design.
