Sinapati Saitaau has been hired as lead expediter for Graham Builders. In this position, Saitaau will manage the company’s building materials division and will work closely with the firm’s carpenters, ensuring new work sites receive the appropriate building tools for various phases of construction. He previously was an equipment operator and maintenance manager for a dairy company in Oklahoma.
Jessica Ackerman has been named family nurse practitioner for Waikiki Health Center’s Youth Outreach Program. Ackerman oversees all medical services provided at the clinic, which include basic primary care, disease prevention, substance abuse and family planning education, and more. She also serves as a registered nurse at Queen’s Medical Center.
John Limper has been appointed area director of sales and marketing for Marriott International - North Asia, Hawaii and South Pacific. Limper has 28 years of hospitality industry experience and is now responsible for the implementation of strategic hotel sales, marketing, advertising and public relations. Prior to his new position, he served as director of sales and marketing for Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa.
Nemencio Santos has been named project coordinator CAD technician for Baldridge & Associates Structural Engineering Inc. Santos has 15 years of CAD design experience and prior to joining BASE was employed by Marc M. Siah & Associates Inc. as a senior CAD technician/senior architect.
Renee C. Yim has been hired as marketing manager for Hawaii Kai Retirement Community. In this role, Yim will educate the community-at-large about the the retirement community and the benefits it offers to potential residents. Prior to this, she worked as a flight attendant for Mokulele Airlines. She has more than seven years’ experience in the marketing industry.
