Debbie Dyess has been named manager for Dixie Grill. In her new role, Dyess is responsible for ensuring that restaurant guests are served in a timely manner, overseeing the staff’s schedule and restaurant inventory, among other duties.

Nova Kim has been appointed Agency Partners program manager for Island Insurance Company Ltd. Kim will be responsible for the company’s Agency Partners Program, which includes training and educational programs for APP participants, in addition to sales and overall program management.

Sandy Ma has been named assistant director of human resources for Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa. She previously served at the Honolulu law firm of Case Lombardi & Pettit, where she represented clients before the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission and Equal Opportunity Commission.

Isabel Figel has been promoted to general manager for Corporate Office Centers’ Honolulu location. Figel will oversee all aspects of center sales and operations. She joined the company as assistant general manager in 2009.

Steve Scott has been appointed sales manager for Corporate Office Centers’ Honolulu location. Scott’s duties include focusing on sales and developing brand recognition and strategic relationships within Oahu and Neighbor Island businesses, associations and commercial real estate brokers.

Jill Bona has been promoted to account manager for Bennet Group Strategic Communications. Bona manages clients from various industries, including banking, finance and real estate development.

Donna Willard has been appointed to the Hawaii Foodbank Board of Directors. As a community volunteer, Willard has served in numerous military spouse organizations, including Secretary of the New Flag Officer Spouse Committee in 1999 and 2000 and Senior Flag Spouse adviser for the Command Spouse Leadership Course in Newport, R.I., from 2006 to 2008, among others.
