Jay Fujimoto has been hired as project director for commercial health insurer UHA. Fujimoto most recently served for three years as program manager of consulting services with CGI Technologies. In his new role, his duties include planning, executing and finalizing UHA’s business projects within predefined deadlines and budget parameters.

Jeremy Dow has been hired as a project engineer for MOSS Engineering Inc. Formerly an electrical project engineer with Interface Engineering Inc., Dow relocated from Seattle to Honolulu, bringing with him six years experience in the engineering industry. Dow also is a licensed P.E. and LEED-accredited professional.

Shannon Gascon has been honored with the Woman of the Year Award by the Honolulu Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction. Gascon is a project manager for Haseko and has been working in construction for 11 years. The award is given to a member of the organization for a major contribution to the construction industry.

Susan Buck has been named controller for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Buck brings 23 years of accounting experience to the firm, and her responsibilities include managing the dayto-day operations of the accounting department.

Alan Armstrong has been appointed vice president and senior trust compliance officer in the Investment Services Group Compliance Department for Bank of Hawaii. He is responsible for providing compliance and risk management oversight of the Institutional Services Group, Personal Client Services Department, Trust Tax Department, and Operations and Trust Real Estate Department.

Sharlene R. Ginoza-Lee has been promoted from assistant vice president and human resources manager to vice president and human resources manager for Bank of Hawaii’s Human Resources Compensation Department. She is responsible for Human Resources Information Systems, compensation administration and the Human Resources Service Center. Ginoza-Lee has been with Bank of Hawaii since 1994 and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
