Eric Burgoyne has been appointed westbound marketing sales manager for Star of Honolulu Cruises & Events, operator of Hawaii’s largest sunset dinner cruise and whale watching vessel, the Star of Honolulu. Burgoyne will manage sales and promotions for westbound accounts and local military outlets. His background includes marketing and sales management roles in the hospitality, attractions and airline industries. Most recently, Burgoyne was senior director of marketing at Castle Resorts & Hotels.

Liza Villanueva will join Kaiser Permanente Hawaii’s integrated-care organization as executive director and administrator for Continuing Care and Ancillary Services. Villanueva has more than three decades of health care leadership and management experience and comes to Hawaii from Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California region, where she spent the last five years serving as assistant medical center administrator of operations. She will have direct operational responsibility for day-to-day continuing care services, home health and hospice, skilled nursing facilities, utilization/case management, laboratory and diagnostics.

William Haug has been named hospital administrator of the integrated care organization for the Kaiser Permanente’s Moanalua Medical Center. Haug has more than 35 years of health care experience and previously worked for Children’s Hospital Central California, where, since 2000, he had been president and chief executive officer.

Gene Coley has been appointed Realtor-Associate for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ Windward office. He previously served as an aviator with the U.S. Navy and a commercial pilot with Aloha Airlines.

Avis Takamatsu has been hired as Realtor-Associate for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’King Street office. Prior to joining the firm, Takamatsu served as sales manager for Indich Collection.

Steven Mazur has been named project developer for RevoluSun. Mazur will be responsible for educating and working with residential and commercial customers. Prior to joining the company, he served as an independent consultant providing strategic council on finance and marketing.

Kulia Pacheco Boerstler has been promoted to associate for Baldridge Structural Engineering. Her primary responsibilities include project management, supervising staff engineers and assistance in business development.
