Milton Lafitaga has been promoted to senior sales manager for sports and groups sales at Outrigger Enterprise Group. Lafitaga will be responsible for creating sales and marketing strategies and implementing sales action plans. Prior to Outrigger Enterprise Group he was product manager for Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk.
Chasity Ahsing has been named director of reservations for Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. Ahsing joins the Hilton Hawaiian Village after spending more than 11 years at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort on the Big Island. Most recently she served as the resort’s assistant director of revenue management.
Mo Radke has joined the board of directors of the Friends of the Natatorium, in the fight to restore, renew and reopen the Waikiki War Memorial Natatorium. Radke is a retired U.S. Navy command master chief and member of the PGA of America. He is owner of Golf Academy Hawai’i and has served as PGA director of instruction at the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course since 2004.
Stuart Kotake has been appointed director of food and beverage for The Kahala Hotel & Resort. Kotake joined The Kahala Hotel & Resort’s catering and conferencing services in 2006. Prior, Kotake worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He was lauded as a Partner in Excellence during his time with The Walt Disney Company.
Roxana (Sana) Poma has joined Associated Builders and Contractors Hawaii Chapter as director of membership. Poma will be responsible for overseeing new membership recruitment, formulation of association’s policies, programs and procedures for future development. Poma has more than 13 years of experience in marketing and communications and previously worked in executive sales for Trade Publishing Co. of Hawaii.
