Phyllis S.K. Look has been promoted from director of client services to general manager for Loomis-ISC. She joined the firm in 1998.

Tom Flores has been promoted from art director to creative director for Loomis-ISC. He joined the firm in 2005.

Dan Akiyama has been named associate copywriter for Loomis-ISC. Akiyama is a recent graduate of UHManoa with a BA in theatre.

Jason Jutz has been named account coordinator for Loomis-ISC. Jutz is a recent graduate of UH-Manoa with a BA in political science. He also has an associate’s degree in culinary arts and patisserie arts.

Charles Steilen has been appointed dean of the College of Business Administration at Hawaii Pacific University.

Steilen is a professor of marketing. His past employment includes working at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Michael C. Miller has been promoted from sales manager to director of sales and marketing for both Tiki’s Grill & Bar and Holokai Grill. Miller has more than 18 years of experience in Hawaii hospitality, sales, marketing and public relations, including 14 years in the food-and-beverage industry.

Brian Yano has been promoted to director of office for CB Richard Ellis Hawaii. He continues his duties as general manager of Harbor Court.
