Malcolm Tajiri has joined Servco Insurance Services as senior vice president of the employee benefits practice. The 20-year industry veteran has also been named vice president of Servco Pacific Inc.
Pam Cabrera has been promoted to general manager for Outrigger Luana Waikiki. She has worked at several Outrigger hotels since 1990. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all departments including housekeeping, front desk and maintenance.

Neil Murakami has been named assistant general manager for Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. He worked previously as front office manager for the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber hotel since 1992.
Ismile “Smiley” Espaniola has been named chief engineer for Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. He has been in the hospitality industry for more than 18 years. He worked previously as maintenance super-visor/acting director of engineering for Fairfield Ocean Walk Resorts in Daytona, Fla.
Marsha Kapu has been hired as hospitality manager for Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. Kapu has worked in the company’s human resources department for 11 years.
Sharon Pudiquet has been named executive housekeeper for Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. She is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the housekeeping department.
Rie Burson has been hired as guest service manager for Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. Burson is responsible for all aspects of the front desk, rooms control and night audit procedures for the property. Burson has more than 13 years of hospitality experience in various distinguished hotels and resorts.
